Hi I'm Lou and I recently moved to Clonakilty after living and travelling overseas mainly in Australia for the last 9 years. I work as a part time Radiographer and Reiki Master/Teacher.  You can find me at my website here. During a Reiki session the practitioner accesses (channels) more of the same lifeforce  energy that is already in us and keeps us alive. This extra energy is directed to the person via the hands over the person's energy centers and endocrine glands. Reiki dissolves the stresses and frees the blockages held in our bodies on a physical, mental and emotional level. This brings back harmony and balance and boosts the immune system. It is a very relaxing experience.
